Recuerdo Matrimonial Design 10 - Scales

The image of the scales appears on many Mexican coins, but the closest match to this design is the silver 25 centavo peice of 1950-1953. Interestingly, the denomination in b) and c) appears to be Spanish "Ptas." rather than the Mexican "Cs".
