John writes: The Banquet token is one I have attributed to Boise, ID based on finding it here, the Salt Lake Stamp Co. logo and directory listings from 1908 (The Banquet, Nicholas Steinfelt, prop., fine wines, liquor, and cigars, pool room in connection, 718 West Main Street).
