Bill writes: This is listed in TAMS Vol 18 #5 Part 2 as an association piece (page 45) under Nelson Enterprises. Nelson was a major supplier of horoscopes and good luck charms for fortune tellers, mind readers, future predicters, etc. He also had his own radio show under his name - Robert Nelson, and a stage name Dr. Korda RaMayne. Nelson Enterprises was based in Columbus, Ohio. Nelson died in 1973.
I did a little web searching about "Nelson Enterprises" and found the following pages. Nothing about the token, but some interesting information about the company. Nelson Enterprises was formed in 1921, but I would guess that the token was issued later, after the company had become large and successful, which would date it to probably 1940-60s, which agrees with the overall look of the token.
