Coronation Coin

A couple of items similar to this have shown up on eBay recently. The sellers have stated that these were issued by the Canadian government and given to schoolchildren to commemorate the coronation.
Del writes: This is not the one given out in Canadian schools. I got a couple and while similar, it is not Charlton #254. If you get a copy of Charlton's standard catalogue of Canadian coins 1977 you can see the real one. There were a lot of private ones made, some long after the event.
