Joe writes: What you have is a brass washer used under the screw that held the handle to the stem of an Ohio Brass valve. OB made an extensive line of globe, angle, and gate valves for the plumbing trade.
Ohio Brass was a manufacturer of Trolley supplies, later becoming a major manufactuer of electrical insulators. If the token is somehow affiliated with Catalog No. 20, that would date it to 1926-27 since I have catalog No. 20 with that date.
