Recuerdo Matrimonial 1952

This seems to be a Mexican "marriage medalet" but is much nicer than others I've seen, and is dated! It also seems to be struck over a coin, as a bit of lettering is still visible at the edge (see enlargement above).
I now have a web site about this type of tokens, but I still don't know much about them!
